Write Your Biography

Use this form to submit your biography and photo for the Reunion Book and/0r CD. You do not have to attend the reunion in order to submit your bio or picture! All submissions will be included and copied without modification, so please be sure to check your spelling and grammar prior to submission. If you want to add pictures, drawings, poetry or write your bio in your own hand, you can do so by sending in your bio on a 8” X 5.5” sized piece of paper. Photos received via US mail will not be returned. Required fields are marked by an asterisk (*).

IMPORTANT!! Submissions must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the reunion. Submission received after the deadline may not be included.

Instructions On How To Resize Your Photo:

For Windows Users:

  1. Open the application named Paint which is usually found by selecting Start: Programs: Accessories: Paint.
  2. Using Paint, go to the File menu, and choose Open.
  3. Locate your photograph using the Open Dialog Box, and then press the Open button. Your photograph will appear in the Paint program's window.
  4. Go to the Image menu, and choose Stretch/Skew.
  5. Then reduce the size of your photo by entering values in the Horizontal and Vertical fields in the Stretch settings. For example, to reduce your image by half, enter 50 in both the Horizontal and Vertical fields. Then press the OK button.
  6. Check the size of your photograph by going to the Image menu, and choosing Attributes. You may need to change the units to inches.
  7. Once your image is small enough, go to the File menu, and choose Save As. Save this image on your desktop.
  8. Select this photograph using the Browse button in the form above.

For Macintosh Users:

  1. Open up iPhoto which is located in your Applications folder.
  2. Go to the File menu, and choose Import.
  3. Locate your photograph using the Import Dialog Box, and then press the Import button. Your photograph will appear in iPhoto's program's window.
  4. Click on the thumbnail image of your photograph once to select it.
  5. Go to the File menu, and choose Export.
  6. In the Size fields, select Scale Image No Larger Than, and enter a smaller value in the boxes. The maximum dimension should be 288 pixels (4 inches).
  7. Press the Export button, and save your photo to your desktop.
  8. Select this photograph using the Browse button in the form above.
